What is LOCAL?
The LOCAL, or Linking Opportunities to Classrooms and Learners, is a new "Adopt-A-School/Classroom" style program designed to strengthen partnerships between Charleston County School District and local businesses and community organizations.
By becoming a LOCAL, organizations can adopt a school or classroom to provide valuable resources, experiences, and support that help ensure students and teachers thrive.

The Mount Pleasant SC Rotary Club was chartered on June 24, 1977. The club meets in the Fellowship Hall at Mount Pleasant Presbyterian Church and they are located at 302 Hibben Street in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina.
